Welcome Oliver! | Boston Newborn Photographer
Working with return clients is one of my favorite parts of this job. I’ve been working with this wonderful family since Asher (now a big brother!) was just 5 days old. I was so excited when I was able to be fully vaccinated just in time for Oliver’s arrival.
The last time I saw this crew was in June of 2020 when they had just moved into a beautiful new house. It was so fun to finally get to see the inside. Oliver’s room is a calming muted green and had great natural light for us to work with.
Asher was very interested in being part of the session, as long as he didn’t have to hold Oliver. We ended up getting him to hold the baby for a few minutes, but then found other ways for him to be involved that felt more comfortable for him. He loved telling me all about his baby brother. I can’t wait to see these two grow up together.
Oliver was wide awake and curious for most of the session, but toward the end he finally relaxed and fell asleep and we got some sweet sleepy shots. He was a model baby- no crying until the very end, which is so rare for a newborn. His parents are lucky to have such a calm and happy baby!
